Associate and Project Director Jim Lawler is now a Registered Planner PLUS (EIA).

What does this mean for our clients?

This qualification (Registered Planner Plus (EIA), or RP+ (EIA) for short), recognises that Jim is a suitably skilled, qualified and experienced practitioner, able to make quality assurance declarations for environmental impact statements (EISs) for state significant projects in NSW. The new qualification and requirement created by the NSW Government to streamline the assessment of major projects and provide clear guidance and quality assurance on environmental impact assessment and Environmental Impact Statements. This qualification ensures that Jim can continue to serve our clients in NSW for state significant developments, including, for example, Extractive industry applications of more than 500,000 tonnes per annum.
